Coordinate and manage employee wellness programs within a corporate environment, partnering with HR and Benefits to improve health, engagement, and cost outcomes. Oversee vendors and wellness staff, deliver onsite and virtual services, and use data to optimize programs and ROI.
  • • Track participation, engagement, and outcomes for employee wellness initiatives.
  • • Provide individual wellness coaching or referrals on nutrition, activity, stress, or lifestyle risks.
  • • Coordinate maintenance and safe operation of onsite fitness rooms or wellness spaces.
  • • Develop internal communications and campaigns to promote employee wellbeing programs.
  • • Conduct employee needs assessments and satisfaction surveys to guide programming.
  • • Lead or arrange onsite or virtual fitness classes for employees.
  • • Select, contract, and oversee wellness vendors and event partners.
  • • Respond to employee and leadership inquiries about wellness benefits and services.
  • • Recommend new programs or services that improve health outcomes and control healthcare costs.
  • • Prepare and manage program budgets, calendars, and operating plans.
  • • Organize biometric screenings, flu clinics, and preventive health events at worksites.
  • • Plan and manage corporate wellness challenges, walks, or charity runs.
  • • Educate employees on proper use of fitness equipment and wellness resources.
  • • Oversee onsite fitness or recreation areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
  • • Maintain wellness program schedules, participation records, and outcome reports.
  • • Train wellness ambassadors, peer champions, or instructors on program standards.
  • • Develop a balanced class and workshop schedule, such as yoga, strength, mindfulness, or ergonomics.
  • • Supervise wellness staff, contractors, or interns supporting program delivery.
  • • Design and coordinate integrated wellness programs across locations and remote teams.
  • • Analyze claims, HRA, and absenteeism data to target risk-reduction initiatives.
  • • Host information sessions, blood drives, and first aid or CPR trainings.
  • • Monitor and report on cost-containment and ROI for wellness initiatives.
  • • Use HRIS, wellness portals, and digital tools to manage content, data, and webinars.
  • • Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
