Description
Pick up, distribute, and deliver products and materials to retailers, customers, and internal locations, coordinating routes, handling inventory transfers, and maintaining accurate records using company vehicles or carriers.
  • • Drive company vehicles or coordinate carriers to deliver products to customers and outlets.
  • • Load and secure products per manifests, following procedures for fragile or hazardous items.
  • • Unload, stage, and sort deliveries and returns at each stop.
  • • Receive orders and delivery instructions via handheld devices, phone, or dispatch.
  • • Plan and follow efficient distribution routes to meet delivery windows.
  • • Deliver products, promotional materials, and documents to retail and business customers.
  • • Pick and organize orders by route and stop sequence.
  • • Obtain delivery confirmations and collect or process payments as required.
  • • Record shipped and received quantities, discrepancies, and customer feedback.
  • • Check in with dispatch or warehouse to confirm status and receive next assignments.
  • • Perform basic vehicle inspections and routine upkeep; report issues promptly.
  • • Communicate delivery updates or issues to customers and internal teams.
  • • Complete administrative tasks, such as filing delivery paperwork and updating inventory records.
  • • Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, and other documentation for outbound freight.
  • • Handle returns, exchanges, recalls, and stock rotation according to company policy.
