Description
Pick up, distribute, and deliver products and materials to retailers, customers, and internal locations, coordinating routes, handling inventory transfers, and maintaining accurate records using company vehicles or carriers.
- • Drive company vehicles or coordinate carriers to deliver products to customers and outlets.
- • Load and secure products per manifests, following procedures for fragile or hazardous items.
- • Unload, stage, and sort deliveries and returns at each stop.
- • Receive orders and delivery instructions via handheld devices, phone, or dispatch.
- • Plan and follow efficient distribution routes to meet delivery windows.
- • Deliver products, promotional materials, and documents to retail and business customers.
- • Pick and organize orders by route and stop sequence.
- • Obtain delivery confirmations and collect or process payments as required.
- • Record shipped and received quantities, discrepancies, and customer feedback.
- • Check in with dispatch or warehouse to confirm status and receive next assignments.
