Description
Sort, load, and deliver letters and packages to homes and businesses along assigned routes by foot or vehicle; collect outgoing mail, obtain signatures and payments when required, and maintain accurate tracking records in compliance with postal regulations and safety procedures.
- • Record deliveries, attempted deliveries, and customer interactions.
- • Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance; refuel as needed.
- • Follow postal regulations, security procedures, and safe work practices.
- • Provide customer service and answer questions about delivery and mailing options.
- • Sort and sequence letters and parcels for the assigned delivery route.
