Plan, lead, and coordinate projects from concept through delivery by organizing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, and quality. Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align objectives, manage vendors, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Includes project managers in specialized domains such as IT, construction, or operations.
  • • Confer with stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, or technical leads to resolve issues and clarify requirements.
  • • Plan, organize, and direct project activities to deliver scope and outcomes.
  • • Assess resource needs and allocate team members and vendors.
  • • Monitor project deliverables for compliance with standards, regulations, and policies.
  • • Analyze project charters and specifications to define approach and methodologies.
  • • Procure equipment, tools, or services required to execute the project.
  • • Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, status reports, and cost forecasts.
  • • Develop and implement quality management plans and acceptance criteria.

  • • Evaluate alternatives and business cases, comparing cost, risk, timeline, and sustainability impacts.
  • • Support environmental, social, and governance (ESG) or compliance initiatives relevant to the project.
  • • Organize training to update team skills on tools, processes, compliance, or sustainability.
  • • Verify project activities meet legal, regulatory, and security requirements.
  • • Lead pre-project assessments, including ROM estimates, feasibility studies, and risk, cost, and sustainability analyses.
  • • Obtain required third-party reviews, audits, or certifications.
  • • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and milestones.
  • • Investigate incidents, blockers, or schedule slippage to ensure proper procedures are followed.
  • • Draft, review, and negotiate statements of work and vendor contracts with suppliers and partners.
  • • Rebaseline plans and implement mitigations in response to risks, changes, or emergencies.
  • • Communicate plans, requirements, and contract terms to sponsors, teams, and clients.
  • • Secure necessary approvals, permits, and access from governance bodies.
  • • Evaluate execution approaches and model cost, schedule, and value trade-offs.
  • • Coordinate specialized work by internal experts or subcontractors.
  • • Lead and supervise cross-functional project teams and vendors.
