Description
Plan, direct, and coordinate construction and maintenance of buildings, facilities, and infrastructure. Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, including organization, scheduling, budgeting, safety, quality, and compliance. Lead subcontractors and field teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

- • Sequence work and update schedules to meet milestones.
- • Investigate incidents, damages, or delays and correct procedures.
- • Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts, change orders, and subcontracts.
- • Adjust plans for delays, weather, or emergencies and communicate impacts.
- • Interpret plans and contract terms for owners, staff, and field crews.
- • Obtain required building permits and licenses.
- • Analyze construction methods and cost-effectiveness using software and models.
- • Oversee and coordinate craft and specialty contractors.
- • Lead and supervise field staff to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
