Description
Lead and supervise on-site construction crews to execute work safely, on schedule, and to specification. Coordinate daily labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors; interpret plans; enforce quality and safety; communicate progress and resolve field issues.
- • Requisition and stage materials, tools, and equipment.
- • Confer with superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, and crew leads to resolve site issues.

- • Oversee craft workmanship and provide hands-on guidance or training.

- • Ensure erosion control, waste segregation, and other site environmental practices.
- • Support punch list completion and project closeout activities.
