Description
Lead on-site construction operations, directing crews and subcontractors to execute work safely, on schedule, and to specifications. Coordinate sequencing, logistics, inspections, and compliance with plans, codes, and safety regulations, collaborating with project managers on planning, progress tracking, and change management from mobilization through closeout.
- • Confer with owners, designers, inspectors, and subcontractors to resolve field issues and construction problems.
- • Plan, organize, and direct day-to-day site activities for structures, facilities, or systems.
- • Determine labor and equipment requirements and dispatch crews to work areas.
- • Inspect work to verify compliance with plans, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- • Study drawings, specifications, and RFIs to determine appropriate construction methods.
