Description
Coordinate construction project activities, documentation, schedules, and communications under the direction of project managers and site supervisors. Assist with budgeting, procurement, permitting, compliance, and quality control to help deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with safety and environmental standards.
- • Coordinate meetings and communications among owners, designers, contractors, and field supervisors to resolve issues.
- • Assist in planning and organizing construction activities and site logistics.
- • Track labor needs and coordinate worker dispatch with site supervision.
- • Conduct or assist with site walks and document compliance with safety and building codes.
- • Review plans and specifications to prepare RFIs, submittals, and work packages.

- • Schedule and record safety and environmental training sessions.
- • Assist with environmental and erosion-control inspections and corrective action tracking.
- • Coordinate preconstruction assessments and estimates with consultants; collect and organize data.
- • Manage LEED or other third-party verification submittals and credit documentation.
- • Maintain master schedules, look-ahead plans, and coordination calendars.
- • Log incidents, delays, or damage; coordinate root-cause documentation and follow-up.
- • Draft, route, and track contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and amendments for approval.
- • Update schedules, notices, and recovery plans in response to delays or weather events.
- • Distribute plan updates and clarify contract requirements with stakeholders as directed.
- • Prepare, submit, and track permit and inspection applications; coordinate inspections.
- • Assist in evaluating construction options by compiling data, takeoffs, and simple cost analyses.
- • Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, insurance, scope alignment, and work orders.
- • Support field supervision with daily reports, timekeeping, and resource coordination.
- • Ensure document control standards; maintain drawing sets, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
