Description
Coach athletes in strength, speed, agility, mobility, and conditioning to enhance performance and reduce injury. Design and implement periodized training programs, demonstrate proper technique and equipment use, evaluate fitness and movement, and adjust plans based on data and collaboration with sport and medical staffs.

- • Utilize sport science tools (e.g., GPS, force plates, HR monitors) to inform training.
- • Create individualized modifications for injured or limited athletes.
- • Keep abreast of evolving strength and conditioning research, rules, technologies, and best practices.
- • Plan and conduct clinics, camps, and educational sessions on conditioning topics.
- • Develop and rehearse emergency action plans; maintain CPR/AED readiness.
- • Ensure compliance with organizational, league, and governing-body policies.
