Description
Lease outdoor advertising inventory and secure site agreements by prospecting advertisers and property owners, presenting location-based plans, negotiating contracts, and managing permits and postings for billboards, transit, and digital displays.
  • • Prepare and deliver location-based presentations to lease billboard, transit, and digital display space and grow existing accounts.
  • • Explain how outdoor formats and placements will achieve client reach, frequency, and targeting goals.
  • • Maintain an assigned advertiser portfolio while developing new local and regional accounts.
  • • Prospect property owners and landlords to secure and renew ground leases for advertising structures.
  • • Negotiate lease terms, insertion orders, and pricing; coordinate billing and collections.
  • • Provide proposals with rates, CPMs, impressions, and production or installation estimates.
  • • Recommend optimal locations, formats, flight dates, and share-of-voice based on objectives and budget.
  • • Deliver creative specifications, maps, photos, and proofs for client approval.
  • • Advise on artwork guidelines, copy length, dynamic content options, and regulatory requirements.
  • • Gather and analyze client industry, audience, and past campaign data to tailor OOH plans.
  • • Select suitable inventory and prepare maps, photosimulations, and ride summaries for presentations.
  • • Collaborate with agencies, marketing teams, operations, and real estate to build plans and avails.
  • • Prepare media kits, proposals, avails, sales contracts, and lease documents using CRM and mapping tools.
  • • Process orders, permits, and all account and lease paperwork.
  • • Manage RFP and RFI responses and coordinate internal approvals.
  • • Coordinate printing, vinyl production, posting schedules, and client site tours.
  • • Monitor site compliance with zoning, permits, and right-of-way regulations.
  • • Identify new markets, corridors, and landlord prospects to expand inventory and revenue.
  • • Attend sales meetings, client events, and industry trade shows to promote offerings and build contacts.
  • • Develop sales playbooks, inventory one-sheets, and territory plans for team use.
