Description
Plan, direct, and optimize consumer and trade promotion programs to drive demand and engagement. Manage budgets and calendars; produce and oversee contests, coupons, rebates, giveaways, loyalty offers, events, and in-store or digital activations. Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners to execute compliant, on-brand promotions and measure performance against sales objectives.
  • • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for promotion programs and co-op funds.
  • • Plan and produce promotional materials and mechanics, including coupons, contests, rebates, and giveaways.
  • • Review and approve layouts, copy, and digital assets for brand and legal compliance.

  • • Maintain a repository of promotion calendars, campaign results, and best practices.
  • • Ensure prize, premium, and rebate fulfillment, including inventory, logistics, and risk management.
  • • Manage CRM-driven promotions, loyalty programs, and personalized offers in partnership with digital teams.
  • • Coordinate co-op advertising and market development funds with channel partners.
  • • Ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance for promotions, including official rules and disclosures.
