Description
Take orders and deliver food and beverages to guests at drive-in stalls or curbside, process payments, and maintain a clean, safe service area while providing fast, friendly service.
- • Greet guests at drive-in stalls or curbside and explain ordering procedures.
- • Present menus or highlight specials on stall screens and answer questions.
- • Take food and beverage orders via intercom or handheld device.
- • Enter orders into POS and transmit to kitchen, confirming modifications.
- • Assemble orders, portion condiments, and prepare trays or bags.

- • Perform light food prep such as assembling sides, portioning desserts, and brewing coffee.
- • Garnish and package menu items to brand standards.
- • Set up and break down carhop areas for shifts and large events.
- • Answer intercoms and phones for orders, curbside pickup, and guest questions.
- • Direct vehicles to available stalls and manage waitlists during peak times.
- • Assist with to-go and delivery handoffs and verify order accuracy.
- • Follow safety procedures around moving vehicles and when using skates, if required.
- • Sweep lot, empty trash, and tidy stations; check and clean restrooms as assigned.
- • Provide guests with basic information about store hours, directions, and nearby amenities.
