Sell fine jewelry and watches to consumers by providing expert guidance on gemstones, metals, and styles; process sales, financing, and after-sales services while maintaining secure displays and exceptional customer service.
- • Greet customers and determine their jewelry preferences, occasion, and budget.
- • Open and close cash registers; count cash, reconcile drawers, and process deposits.
- • Maintain knowledge of current collections, promotions, warranties, and store policies.
