Description
Sell residential and commercial furniture and accessories by assessing customer needs, guiding product selection and room layout, and processing sales, financing, and delivery.
- • Greet customers and assess style, budget, and space requirements.
- • Open and close registers; count cash, balance drawers, and make deposits.
- • Maintain knowledge of promotions, financing, delivery policies, warranties, and returns.
- • Compute prices, apply discounts, total purchases, and process cash, credit, or financing.
- • Maintain accurate sales and customer order records in POS/CRM systems.
- • Watch for and respond to security risks and theft per loss-prevention procedures.
