Description
Advise customers on cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance; provide personalized recommendations and demos; process sales and returns; maintain displays, testers, and inventory; and support promotions and clienteling to drive store results.
- • Greet clients and assess skin type, concerns, and beauty goals.
- • Recommend, select, and locate cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and fragrance to meet client needs.
- • Color-match foundations and help clients test products using sanitary practices.
- • Demonstrate application techniques and proper product use and care.
- • Answer questions about ingredients, suitability, routines, and store offerings.
