Description
Perform front-desk reception and clerical duties, greeting and assisting visitors or guests, answering phones and inquiries, processing payments and paperwork, scheduling, maintaining records, and operating office systems and equipment in line with site procedures.
- • Greet visitors and clients, verify purpose of visit, and provide assistance.
- • Answer multiline phones, route calls, and take accurate messages.
- • Check in and register visitors or guests; issue badges, passes, or keys.
- • Schedule and confirm appointments, reservations, and room bookings.
- • Communicate information about services, policies, hours, and directions.
- • Collect payments, post charges, issue receipts, and balance the cash drawer.

- • Review records and databases to retrieve information and respond to requests.
- • Monitor lobby areas, enforce access procedures, and report incidents.
- • Coordinate service requests with maintenance, security, or housekeeping and follow up.
- • Order and track office supplies and front-desk materials.
- • Draft, type, proofread, and edit correspondence and notices.
- • Train or guide junior desk staff on procedures and systems.
- • Prepare meeting schedules and room setups; record and distribute minutes when needed.
- • Troubleshoot basic issues with phones, computers, or office equipment.
- • Deliver messages and perform occasional errands within the facility.
