Plan, direct, and coordinate nursing services across hospital or clinic units, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, effective staffing, fiscal stewardship, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • • Direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing, technical, and support personnel across units.
  • • Set nursing care objectives, quality metrics, and operational criteria for departments.
  • • Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and professional development of nursing staff.
  • • Oversee nursing documentation standards and EMR workflows; ensure accurate data and reporting.
  • • Develop and implement evidence-based nursing policies, procedures, and care protocols.
