Plan, direct, and coordinate administrative and clinical operations in healthcare facilities to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and efficient use of resources.
  • • Lead, supervise, and evaluate clinical, administrative, and support staff.
  • • Set departmental goals, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • • Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
  • • Implement and maintain EHR and administrative data systems and reporting.
  • • Develop, update, and enforce facility policies and procedures.
  • • Manage budgets, revenue cycle, expenditures, pricing, and financial reporting.
  • • Allocate staffing, schedules, and assignments based on demand and resources.

  • • Plan and administer clinical and administrative programs, including training and cross-department coordination.
  • • Engage physicians, vendors, and community partners to resolve issues and promote services.
  • • Oversee facility inspections and compliance with safety, emergency preparedness, and accessibility standards.
  • • Analyze operational and financial data to support planning, risk management, and utilization improvement.
  • • Develop and scale service lines, quality initiatives, and population health programs.
  • • Create training materials and lead staff and community education.
