Plan, direct, and coordinate hospital operations, people, finances, and compliance to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care.
- • Plan and administer hospital programs, coordinating clinical, administrative, and facilities functions.
- • Direct emergency management and disaster preparedness to maintain operational readiness.
- • Analyze operational, financial, and patient experience data to guide planning and improve utilization.
- • Develop and expand service lines, partnerships, and community health initiatives aligned with strategy.
- • Oversee and evaluate clinical, ancillary, and support operations through department leaders.

- • Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance (Joint Commission, CMS, state) and survey readiness.
- • Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, including infection prevention and risk management.
- • Manage contracts, vendor relationships, and supply chain to ensure cost-effective services.
- • Engage physicians, payers, and community stakeholders to address needs and promote hospital services.
- • Support staff education, competency, and compliance training; sponsor in-service and outreach programs.
