Description
Plan, direct, and coordinate administrative and clinical support operations in a medical office or outpatient clinic, overseeing staffing, scheduling, billing, compliance, and finances to deliver efficient, high-quality patient services.
- • Supervise and evaluate front office, clinical support, and administrative staff.
- • Set office performance goals, KPIs, and operating procedures.

- • Develop training materials and conduct in-service education for staff and patient-facing instructions.
