Plan, direct, and optimize hotel pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to maximize room revenue and profitability through data-driven forecasting, analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
  • • Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies for rooms and packages.
  • • Forecast demand, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR by day and segment.
  • • Manage room inventory controls, including length-of-stay, overbooking, and close-out rules.
  • • Optimize distribution across brand.com, OTAs, GDS, and direct channels.
  • • Conduct market and competitor rate shopping to inform pricing decisions.
  • • Monitor pickup, pace, booking windows, and channel mix; adjust tactics.
  • • Lead weekly revenue meetings and recommend strategy changes.
  • • Coordinate with sales, marketing, reservations, and front office to align goals.
  • • Evaluate group leads with displacement analysis and approve blocks and rates.
  • • Review and price corporate and consortia RFPs and negotiated accounts.
  • • Collaborate on promotions and digital campaigns; measure revenue impact and ROI.
  • • Maintain rate plans, packages, and fences; ensure rate parity and policy compliance.
  • • Audit rate loading, availability, and content accuracy in PMS, CRS, and extranets.
  • • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance reports and dashboards.
  • • Build budgets and rolling forecasts; set revenue targets and room rate guidelines.
  • • Analyze cost of acquisition and profitability by segment and channel.
  • • Manage OTA and partner extranets, content, and promotional calendars.
  • • Oversee advance purchase, deposit, and cancellation policies to balance risk and demand.
  • • Manage vendor relationships and configurations for RMS, channel manager, and rate-shopping tools.
  • • Train staff on revenue management processes, tools, and best practices.
  • • Monitor compliance with pricing and inventory policies; coach teams as needed.
  • • Support real-time inventory and pricing decisions during special events and peak demand.
  • • Develop ancillary revenue and upsell strategies with operations and F&B.
  • • Present insights and recommendations to leadership and owners.
