Plan, direct, and coordinate all operations of a small inn or bed-and-breakfast, overseeing guest services, housekeeping, food service, maintenance, staffing, budgeting, and compliance.
  • • Greet, register, and check out guests.
  • • Answer questions about inn policies, amenities, and local area; resolve guest issues.
  • • Assign duties, create schedules, and manage shift coverage.
