Plan, direct, and coordinate all hotel operations, staff, and finances to deliver profitable, compliant lodging and exceptional guest experiences.
  • • Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, and licensing regulations.
  • • Analyze KPIs (e.g., RevPAR, ADR, GOP) and prepare required reports.
  • • Oversee billing, cash handling, credit policies, and collections.
  • • Develop local partnerships and concierge offerings for guests.
  • • Supervise reservations, pricing controls, and room availability.
  • • Lead risk management, crisis response, and business continuity efforts.
  • • Recognize and reward performance; foster a positive work culture.
  • • Collaborate with owners or corporate on strategy, capital plans, and audits.
  • • Drive continuous improvement and cost-control initiatives across departments.
  • • Oversee front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
  • • Greet VIPs and resolve escalated guest complaints and service issues.
  • • Set room rates, forecast demand, and lead revenue management.
  • • Develop, manage, and report on budgets, P&L, and financial performance.
  • • Assign duties, set goals, and schedule department leaders and staff.
  • • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard team members and managers.
  • • Train, coach, and evaluate staff; enforce policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
  • • Inspect rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and quality.
  • • Ensure timely maintenance, safety checks, and property upkeep.
  • • Develop and update hotel policies, procedures, and emergency plans.
  • • Direct sales, marketing, and public relations to drive occupancy and ADR.
  • • Manage online distribution, OTA partnerships, and reputation management.
  • • Plan and oversee group sales, banquets, meetings, and event operations.
  • • Approve purchasing, control inventory, and manage vendor contracts.
  • • Coordinate outsourced services such as laundry, security, and waste removal.
