Description
Interview loan applicants to gather and validate personal, financial, and collateral information; assist in completing applications and disclosures; verify employment, credit, and references; prepare and submit complete files to underwriting; explain loan options, terms, and repayment; and communicate application status and decisions to applicants.
- • Verify accuracy and completeness of loan applications and supporting documents.
- • Interview applicants to obtain personal, financial, and collateral information.
