Description
Finalize and fund loans by preparing and reviewing closing packages, balancing fees and disclosures, and coordinating with borrowers, title or escrow, realtors, and lenders. Ensure compliance, clear final conditions, schedule and conduct closings, disburse funds, and manage post-closing delivery and recordings.
- • Verify accuracy and completeness of closing documents, disclosures, and data.
- • Communicate with borrowers to confirm closing details and collect outstanding items.
- • Assemble and prepare complete closing packages, including title, insurance, and tax documents.
- • Answer questions from borrowers, sellers, realtors, and settlement agents about closing and funding.
- • Schedule closing appointments with borrowers and settlement agents.
