Description
Conduct structured interviews by phone, online, or in person to collect information for surveys, research, or applications. Ask scripted questions, record and verify responses, resolve inconsistencies, and assist respondents with forms. Organize, code, and file records.
- • Ask questions according to protocol to obtain required information and demographics.
- • Explain interview or survey objectives, procedures, and confidentiality; interpret questions as needed.
- • Contact and schedule individuals by phone, email, mail, or in person.
