Identify, attract, and hire talent by managing full-cycle recruiting—from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and handoff—while ensuring a positive candidate experience and legal compliance.
- • Keep candidates informed on application status and next steps.
- • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet current and forecasted staffing needs.
- • Post and optimize job listings across career sites, social networks, and talent communities.
- • Search for candidates via databases, Boolean sourcing, referrals, and networking.
- • Screen resumes and applications to match candidates to job requirements.
- • Conduct phone screens and structured interviews to assess skills and fit.
- • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, panels, and stakeholders.
- • Prepare interview guides and train managers on effective, compliant interviewing.
- • Inform candidates of role details, compensation ranges, benefits, and work conditions.
- • Recommend shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and make hiring recommendations.
- • Coordinate reference and background checks and verify credentials or licenses as needed.
- • Facilitate offer development, negotiation, and acceptance within compensation guidelines.
- • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- • Track and analyze recruiting metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership.
- • Ensure recruiting practices comply with EEO/AA, ADA, and other employment laws.
- • Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- • Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and community recruiting activities.
- • Manage relationships with external recruiters and staffing agencies.
- • Coordinate pre-boarding and handoff to HR or operations for a smooth onboarding.
- • Evaluate and improve selection tools, assessments, and criteria.
- • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in sourcing and selection.
- • Develop employee referral campaigns and promote employer brand content.
- • Conduct market and compensation research to advise on talent availability and offers.
