Description
Place qualified candidates into roles by sourcing, screening, matching, and coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding for client teams. Ensure compliance, maintain placement records, and support candidates and managers throughout the placement lifecycle.
- • Address worksite issues for placed candidates, escalating harassment or complaints per policy.
- • Analyze placement metrics, such as fill rates and time-to-fill, and prepare reports.
- • Conduct assignment completion or exit debriefs and finalize placement closure paperwork.
- • Conduct reference and background checks on candidates.
- • Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and streamline placement procedures.
- • Update candidates on application and placement status.
- • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet current and forecasted placement needs.
- • Coordinate offers and process hiring and placement paperwork.
- • Inform candidates of role duties, compensation, schedules, and worksite expectations.
- • Explain placement, onboarding, and compliance policies and relevant employment laws.
- • Interview candidates to assess work history, training, education, and skills.
- • Maintain accurate candidate profiles, job orders, and placement documentation.
- • Stay current on EEO, affirmative action, ADA, and related regulations.
- • Source qualified candidates via databases, networking, online platforms, job fairs, and referrals.
- • Prepare and maintain placement, onboarding, and assignment records in ATS/HR systems.
- • Coach hiring managers on interviewing and selection best practices.
- • Match applicant qualifications to job orders and client requirements.
- • Schedule or administer skills assessments, pre-employment tests, and drug screens.
- • Coordinate or conduct orientations for newly placed employees.
- • Shortlist and refer qualified candidates to managers, providing hiring recommendations.
- • Advise leaders on sourcing channels, pipeline development, and retention strategies.
- • Build pipelines by coordinating with schools, workforce programs, and community partners.
- • Review and verify required credentials and licenses for role eligibility.
- • Verify work authorization and complete I-9/E-Verify and other pre-employment requirements.
