Description
Analyze HR data and systems to inform workforce decisions, optimize HR processes, and ensure compliance. Build reports, dashboards, and models across recruiting, compensation, benefits, and employee relations, while maintaining HRIS data integrity.
  • • Analyze employment-related data and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
  • • Maintain HRIS data integrity; audit, reconcile, and correct employee records.
  • • Develop and automate HR metrics (headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, cost, pay, benefits).
  • • Prepare regulatory reports and compliance analytics (EEO/AA, ADA, ACA, FLSA, FMLA).
  • • Evaluate recruitment funnel data; recommend improvements to sourcing and selection.
  • • Conduct workforce planning and attrition forecasting to inform staffing plans.
  • • Perform job analysis and market benchmarking to support compensation structures.
  • • Conduct pay equity analyses and recommend remediation actions.
  • • Analyze benefits utilization, costs, and vendor performance; support plan design.
  • • Track and analyze employee relations trends while safeguarding confidentiality.
  • • Design and administer HR surveys; analyze results to improve engagement and retention.
  • • Review selection tools for validity, reliability, and adverse impact; advise revisions.
  • • Create executive-ready insights, visualizations, and presentations for leaders.
  • • Partner with HR and business leaders to define requirements and translate them into analytics.
  • • Configure, test, and document HRIS reports, integrations, and security roles.
  • • Maintain and update organizational charts and HR documentation.
  • • Develop and maintain data dictionaries, SOPs, and methodology documentation.
  • • Support internal and external audits; compile data requests and narratives.
  • • Monitor vendor and staffing agency spend and performance; recommend optimizations.
  • • Train HR staff and managers on self-service reporting and data literacy.
  • • Interpret HR policies and employment laws within analyses and recommendations.
  • • Perform ad hoc research and statistical modeling to answer workforce questions.
