Description
Recruit, screen, interview, and place candidates while supporting core HR functions, including onboarding, records, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations.
- • Assess selection and testing methods through research and stakeholder feedback.
- • Verify applicant qualifications and licensing eligibility per guidelines.
- • Administer employee benefit plans.
- • Address employee relations issues, including complaints and harassment allegations.
- • Analyze HR data and prepare required reports.
- • Conduct exit interviews and complete termination paperwork.
- • Conduct reference and background checks.
- • Partner with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- • Update applicants on application status.
- • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs.
- • Facilitate hiring decisions and process onboarding paperwork.
- • Inform candidates about roles, compensation, benefits, schedules, and advancement.

- • Prepare and maintain employment records in HRIS for hires, terminations, leaves, transfers, and promotions.
- • Train and advise managers on interviewing, performance reviews, and documentation.
- • Screen applications and match candidates to job requirements.
- • Schedule or administer skills assessments and pre-employment tests.
- • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation.
- • Shortlist and refer qualified applicants, making hiring recommendations.
- • Advise management on recruiting and retention programs.
- • Coordinate with staffing agencies to secure temporary talent.
- • Evaluate and refine recruitment and selection criteria for validity and fairness.
