Description
Configure, maintain, and optimize human resources information systems to support hiring, onboarding, benefits, time, payroll, and talent processes. Ensure data integrity, reporting, security, integrations, and user support across HR platforms.
- • Coordinate data imports and exports and APIs with payroll, time, finance, and learning systems.
- • Manage staffing agency portals or VMS integrations; maintain user access and data flows.
- • Validate recruitment metrics and selection rules for accuracy; update configurations as needed.
- • Conduct system testing, UAT, and post-implementation reviews for new features and releases.
- • Track licenses and certifications in the HRIS; configure expirations, alerts, and audits.
- • Administer benefits module setup, eligibility rules, open enrollment, and carrier interfaces.
- • Manage role-based security, data privacy controls, and audit logs within HRIS.
- • Monitor vendor release notes; plan, test, and deploy patches and upgrades.
- • Troubleshoot HRIS issues and resolve user support tickets; escalate to vendors/IT as needed.
- • Analyze HR data and deliver standard, ad hoc, and compliance reports and dashboards.
- • Configure and maintain offboarding and termination workflows, ensuring accurate data and documentation.
- • Manage integrations with background screening providers; monitor data feeds and reconcile results.
- • Partner with HR and IT to design, configure, and implement HRIS processes aligned to policy.
- • Automate candidate communications and status updates through ATS templates and triggers.
- • Configure requisition fields, approvals, and workflows in the ATS to support recruiting strategies.
- • Build and maintain electronic onboarding packets, forms, and data capture for new hires.

- • Establish and communicate HRIS standards, data governance, and security practices.
- • Maintain configuration workbooks, security role matrices, and end-user documentation.
- • Ensure the system supports EEO, AA, and ADA compliance and produce required reports.
- • Oversee employee record lifecycle, audits, and data quality across HRIS modules.
- • Train HR staff and managers on HRIS functionality, reporting, and data entry best practices.
- • Build screening questions, eligibility rules, and auto-disposition logic in the ATS.
- • Configure assessment and testing integrations; track results and drive candidate progression.
- • Enable orientation scheduling and content delivery via HRIS or LMS integrations.
- • Provide hiring dashboards and analytics to guide selection decisions.
- • Recommend and implement HRIS enhancements that improve recruiting and retention outcomes.
