Description
Plan, deliver, and evaluate health education initiatives that help individuals, families, and communities adopt and maintain healthy lifestyles. Use data to assess community needs and to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate programs, policies, and environments that promote health. Coordinate among health systems, providers, insurers, and patients to address individual and population health needs. Serve as a resource to the public and health professionals, and may administer budgets or grants for health education activities.
