Plan, direct, and oversee daily operations of a retail store, managing sales, merchandising, customer service, and inventory across departments. Formulate policies, lead staff through assistant managers and department leads, and allocate labor and materials to meet sales, profit, and service goals. Coordinate budgets, compliance, and facilities while ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.

  • • Ensure safety, loss prevention, and regulatory adherence, including incident response and audits.
  • • Manage vendor relationships, deliveries, and services within budget and quality standards.
  • • Coordinate local marketing, community outreach, and in-store events to drive traffic.
  • • Develop and execute store budgets, expense controls, and inventory targets.
  • • Recommend and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and remodels or refreshes.
  • • Monitor environmental and sustainability practices, including recycling and waste management.
  • • Collaborate with district and corporate teams on initiatives, inventory planning, and promotional execution.
