Lead multi-store operations within an assigned district, directing store managers to deliver sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Plan and allocate resources, implement company policies, and ensure compliance, staffing, merchandising, and customer experience across locations. Analyze performance, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. Typically manages through subordinate store leaders; excludes first-line supervisors.
  • • Direct and coach store managers to achieve sales, profit, and service targets across the district.
  • • Review P&Ls, KPIs, audits, and activity reports to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
  • • Develop and manage district budgets, forecasts, and cost-control plans.
  • • Implement company policies, SOPs, and brand standards consistently across all stores.
  • • Recruit, select, train, and evaluate store leadership; build succession and bench strength.
  • • Optimize labor planning and staffing levels; approve schedules for compliance and efficiency.
  • • Plan and oversee new store openings, relocations, remodels, and closures within the district.
  • • Ensure execution of merchandising standards, planograms, and visual presentations.
  • • Monitor inventory accuracy, shrink, and replenishment; partner with supply chain to improve in-stock.
  • • Coordinate local marketing and promotional execution; align with corporate campaigns.
  • • Oversee facility maintenance, safety, and loss prevention; ensure regulatory and labor law compliance.
  • • Manage vendor and service provider performance within budgetary limits.
  • • Lead cross-functional initiatives with HR, merchandising, finance, and logistics to improve results.
  • • Conduct regular store visits, inspections, and performance reviews; document and follow up.
  • • Address escalated customer issues and community relations on behalf of the district.
  • • Track and report district performance to regional leadership; set goals and action plans.
  • • Champion sustainability and waste-reduction programs, including recycling and energy conservation.
