General and Operations Managers
Description
Serve as the senior executive responsible for enterprise administrative operations and shared services. Formulate and enforce policies; oversee finance, HR, IT, facilities, procurement, and other corporate services; and optimize people, processes, budgets, and technology across locations. Partner with the CEO and board to ensure governance, compliance, and operational excellence through leaders of each function.
  • • Direct and coordinate administrative and shared-services departments to support enterprise goals.
  • • Develop and implement enterprise administrative strategies, policies, and operating models.
  • • Lead annual planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for corporate services and overhead.
  • • Review financials, KPIs, and service-level reports to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
  • • Establish governance frameworks, delegations of authority, and internal controls.
  • • Oversee enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and business continuity programs.
  • • Guide executive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development within administrative functions.
  • • Sponsor major technology, process, and automation initiatives to modernize back-office operations.
  • • Direct strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract administration to ensure value and compliance.
  • • Approve facility strategies, office locations, and workplace build-outs and renovations.
  • • Set workplace standards, space planning guidelines, and health, safety, and sustainability programs.
  • • Chair cross-functional initiatives and change management efforts across business units.
  • • Align corporate communications and employee engagement programs with organizational objectives.
  • • Oversee records management, policy management, and enterprise documentation standards.
  • • Monitor service delivery performance and implement continuous improvement and shared-service SLAs.
  • • Partner with the CEO and board on strategy execution, enterprise priorities, and reporting.
  • • Ensure effective crisis management and incident response coordination.
