Description
Serve as the senior executive responsible for enterprise administrative operations and shared services. Formulate and enforce policies; oversee finance, HR, IT, facilities, procurement, and other corporate services; and optimize people, processes, budgets, and technology across locations. Partner with the CEO and board to ensure governance, compliance, and operational excellence through leaders of each function.
- • Direct and coordinate administrative and shared-services departments to support enterprise goals.
- • Develop and implement enterprise administrative strategies, policies, and operating models.
- • Lead annual planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for corporate services and overhead.
- • Review financials, KPIs, and service-level reports to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
- • Establish governance frameworks, delegations of authority, and internal controls.
- • Oversee enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and business continuity programs.
- • Guide executive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development within administrative functions.
- • Sponsor major technology, process, and automation initiatives to modernize back-office operations.
- • Direct strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract administration to ensure value and compliance.
- • Approve facility strategies, office locations, and workplace build-outs and renovations.
- • Set workplace standards, space planning guidelines, and health, safety, and sustainability programs.
- • Chair cross-functional initiatives and change management efforts across business units.
- • Align corporate communications and employee engagement programs with organizational objectives.
- • Oversee records management, policy management, and enterprise documentation standards.
- • Monitor service delivery performance and implement continuous improvement and shared-service SLAs.
- • Partner with the CEO and board on strategy execution, enterprise priorities, and reporting.
- • Ensure effective crisis management and incident response coordination.
