Description
Plan, direct, and coordinate overall operations as the General Manager, overseeing multiple departments or locations. Translate company strategy into policies, budgets, and staffing plans; manage day-to-day performance through subordinate managers. Ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused delivery of products or services while driving growth and profitability.
- • Direct and coordinate cross-functional operations, including production, sales, service, and distribution.
- • Review P&L statements, dashboards, and operating reports to track KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- • Develop and execute annual operating plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- • Establish policies, goals, and SOPs in partnership with executives and department leaders.
