Description
Lead and coordinate operations, maintenance, and projects for multiple facilities across a region, ensuring safety, compliance, cost efficiency, and consistent service levels across campuses and leased sites.
  • • Standardize and oversee regional procurement, inventory, and distribution of facility supplies.
  • • Develop and deliver regional training and SOPs for facility staff and vendors.
  • • Manage asset lifecycle and compliant disposal of surplus property across sites.
  • • Oversee the regional lease portfolio, renewals, and space utilization.
  • • Conduct regional audits and ensure sites are safe, secure, and well maintained.
  • • Lead multi-site construction and renovation projects to meet codes, sustainability, and security standards.
  • • Direct preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems across the region.
  • • Coordinate architectural and engineering planning and space management for new and existing locations.
  • • Plan and control regional operating and capital budgets; negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
  • • Review regional performance reports, work orders, and schedules to drive efficiency.
  • • Set regional goals, priorities, and timelines; supervise and develop site facilities teams.
