Description
Coordinate daily facility operations, including work orders, vendors, space and moves, supplies, and safety/compliance, to keep buildings safe, functional, and well-maintained.
  • • Procure, distribute, and track facility supplies and inventory.
  • • Coordinate staff training logistics and circulate procedures.
  • • Arrange and document disposal of surplus or unclaimed property per policy.
  • • Support lease documentation and records; coordinate space reservations and move-ins/outs.
  • • Conduct facility walkthroughs to ensure safety, security, and cleanliness; log and escalate issues.
  • • Coordinate vendors and track construction or renovation activities; support compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • • Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs for building systems; dispatch vendors and track work orders.
  • • Assist with space planning, seating charts, and installation coordination.
  • • Process purchase orders and invoices; track spend and assist with budget monitoring for contracts and supplies.
  • • Maintain operational calendars, maintenance schedules, and reports; ensure data accuracy.
  • • Coordinate team schedules and follow up on goals, tasks, and deadlines.
