Description
Coordinate daily facility operations, including work orders, vendors, space and moves, supplies, and safety/compliance, to keep buildings safe, functional, and well-maintained.
- • Procure, distribute, and track facility supplies and inventory.
- • Coordinate staff training logistics and circulate procedures.
- • Arrange and document disposal of surplus or unclaimed property per policy.
- • Support lease documentation and records; coordinate space reservations and move-ins/outs.
- • Conduct facility walkthroughs to ensure safety, security, and cleanliness; log and escalate issues.
- • Coordinate vendors and track construction or renovation activities; support compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
