Description
Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations and functionality of facilities and buildings, including grounds, to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations across one or more sites.
  • • Acquire, distribute, and store supplies.
  • • Train staff on procedures and safety protocols.
  • • Oversee disposal of surplus or unclaimed property.
  • • Manage leasing and utilization of facility space.
  • • Monitor facilities to ensure they remain safe, secure, and well-maintained.
  • • Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with environmental, health, security, and regulatory standards.
  • • Direct maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and building systems.
  • • Participate in architectural and engineering planning, including space and installation management.
  • • Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • • Prepare and review operational reports and schedules for accuracy and efficiency.
  • • Set goals, priorities, and deadlines for the department.
