Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations, maintenance, and tenant services of a building, ensuring safety, compliance, and cost-effective performance.
- • Monitor the building to ensure it remains safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained.
- • Oversee maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety.
- • Coordinate vendor and service contracts, such as janitorial, security, and waste management.
- • Manage leasing of building space and tenant relations, including move-ins/outs and work orders.
