Plan, direct, and coordinate maintenance operations for facilities, equipment, and building systems, ensuring reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance across one or multiple sites. Manage preventive and corrective work, staffing, budgets, and vendors to maximize asset uptime and control costs.
  • • Manage procurement, storage, and control of maintenance parts, tools, and supplies.
  • • Train maintenance staff on procedures, safety, and equipment operation.
  • • Oversee compliant disposal of obsolete equipment and hazardous materials.
  • • Manage service contracts and vendor performance for maintenance activities.
  • • Inspect facilities and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and well-maintained conditions.
  • • Lead maintenance projects and equipment upgrades; ensure environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • • Schedule and direct preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.
  • • Collaborate with engineering on equipment installations and design for maintainability.
  • • Plan and control maintenance budgets for labor, materials, and contracts.
  • • Use a CMMS to review work orders, schedules, and performance metrics to drive efficiency.
  • • Set maintenance goals, preventive maintenance schedules, and deadlines; prioritize backlogs and emergency response.
