Description
Execute and coordinate facility operations for buildings and grounds across assigned sites, ensuring maintenance, safety, compliance, and efficient use of space and resources.
  • • Monitor facilities to ensure they are safe, secure, and well maintained.
  • • Coordinate maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
  • • Schedule and track preventive maintenance in the CMMS.
  • • Assist with construction and renovation projects to meet codes and standards.
  • • Support space planning, moves, adds, and changes.
  • • Manage work orders and service requests from intake to closeout.
  • • Maintain inventory; acquire, distribute, and store supplies.
  • • Prepare and update facility reports, inspections, and schedules.
  • • Assist with contracts, purchase orders, and budget tracking.
  • • Coordinate vendor and contractor access, permits, and safety compliance.
  • • Support leasing and occupancy records for assigned spaces.
  • • Dispose of surplus or unclaimed property in accordance with policy.
