Description
Plan and lead facilities projects from initiation through closeout, overseeing design, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, and turnover to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective outcomes across buildings and campuses.
- • Define scope, deliverables, and success criteria for facilities projects.
- • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- • Lead RFPs, procurement, and contract negotiations with designers, vendors, and contractors.
- • Coordinate architecture, engineering, space planning, permitting, and approvals.
- • Oversee construction and renovations for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- • Monitor site EHS and project risks; implement mitigation and safety plans.
- • Manage stakeholder communications, meetings, and change control.
- • Prepare and present project schedules, cost reports, and status updates.
- • Coordinate commissioning, testing, training, and turnover to operations.
