Description
Drape fabric directly on dress forms or performers to develop precise garment patterns and shapes. May also cut, fit, and mark garments through to production.
- • Drape muslin on dress forms or performers to establish garment shapes and style lines.
- • Build and fit mockups/muslins to test drapes and refine patterns.
- • Convert draped muslin into paper or digital patterns with seam and grain information.
- • True seams and add seam allowances, notches, and balance marks to patterns.
