Coordinate and support postsecondary admissions operations, recruitment, and applicant services, ensuring timely application processing, compliance, and clear communication to meet enrollment goals.
  • • Manage day-to-day application processing in the admissions CRM, ensuring complete and timely files.
  • • Verify transcripts, test scores, residency, and prerequisites; flag exceptions for committee review.
  • • Communicate admission requirements, deadlines, and policies to prospective students, families, and counselors.
  • • Advise applicants on program options, transfer credit guidelines, and next steps to enrollment.
  • • Schedule and coordinate campus tours, interviews, information sessions, and virtual events.
  • • Represent the institution at college fairs, school visits, and community recruitment events.
  • • Coordinate admitted-student events and yield activities, such as open houses and orientation previews.
  • • Collaborate with academic departments and the registrar to route files and obtain admission decisions.
  • • Prepare and send admission decisions and communications; manage waitlist and deferral processes.
  • • Track and report application, admit, yield, and melt metrics; prepare routine admissions reports.
  • • Analyze recruitment and funnel data to recommend process improvements and targeting strategies.
  • • Maintain accurate applicant records and ensure compliance with FERPA, accreditation, and state regulations.
  • • Implement and refine admissions procedures and workflows based on data and feedback.
  • • Train, schedule, and oversee student ambassadors, readers, and support staff for admissions activities.
  • • Coordinate with financial aid to share scholarship and aid information with prospects and admits.
  • • Maintain admissions webpages, brochures, and digital content; coordinate updates and approvals.
  • • Manage communications calendars and campaigns across email, SMS, and social media channels.
  • • Administer fee waivers and application payments in accordance with policy.
  • • Support international admissions by collecting required documents and coordinating visa-related next steps with designated staff.
  • • Participate in admissions and enrollment management committees and meetings.
  • • Assist in developing recruitment partnerships with schools, community organizations, and industry.
  • • Uphold customer service standards; resolve applicant issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • • Contribute input to enrollment forecasts and staffing plans for peak periods.
