Description
Drive a company van or box truck on assigned routes to pick up soiled laundry and deliver cleaned linens for commercial clients. Verify counts, obtain signatures, collect payments, promote services, and maintain accurate records while ensuring vehicle safety, cleanliness, and excellent customer service.
- • Collect payments, issue receipts, and reconcile route invoices.
- • Address customer questions and resolve issues with missing or damaged items.
- • Inform clients of service options, pickup schedules, and price changes; promote add-on services.
- • Record pickups, deliveries, item counts, and signatures in the route app and daily logs.
- • Drive vans or box trucks to pick up soiled linens and deliver cleaned items on assigned routes.

- • Stage and rotate customer inventory; stock closets or shelves to client standards.
- • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections; refuel, clean, and maintain vehicle and equipment.

- • Follow DOT, safety, and hygiene protocols, including PPE and infection-control procedures.
- • Communicate service exceptions and coordinate special requests with dispatch and the plant.
