Description
Prepare and issue accurate invoices, compute charges and taxes, maintain billing records, and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely and compliant customer billing.
- • Apply pricing, discounts, taxes, freight, and credit terms to invoices.
- • Prepare and issue itemized invoices for goods and services.
- • Verify billing data for accuracy and correct errors.
- • Review purchase orders, sales orders, service tickets, and timesheets to compute charges.
- • Post approved adjustments, credits, and write-offs to customer accounts.
