Description
Provide administrative support to the purchasing function by preparing purchase orders, maintaining records, coordinating vendors, and tracking orders for materials and services.
- • Prepare purchase orders and distribute copies to suppliers and requesting departments.
- • Monitor inventory levels and alert buyers; place replenishment orders under guidance when needed.
- • Respond to internal and vendor inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.

- • Assist with preparing bid solicitations and distribute or post them as directed.
- • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and communications for the purchasing team.
- • Support onboarding and procedural training for new team members on purchasing processes.
- • Prepare routine reports and dashboards on spend, delivery status, and supplier performance.
