Description
Compile and maintain purchasing records; prepare purchase orders for materials and services, coordinate with vendors, track deliveries, and support compliance with procurement policies.
- • Prepare purchase orders and distribute copies to suppliers and requesting departments.
- • Check inventory levels and initiate orders when stock is low.
- • Respond to internal and supplier inquiries on order status, changes, or cancellations.
