  • • Analyze experimental data and quality-control metrics to verify accuracy and reproducibility.
  • • Perform biochemical and molecular assays on research samples (e.g., blood, tissues, cell lysates) to quantify or characterize targets.
  • • Operate, calibrate, and maintain research instruments such as spectrophotometers, plate readers, qPCR systems, HPLC, or automated analyzers.
  • • Record and manage experimental data in ELN/LIMS or databases with appropriate metadata and version control.
  • • Prepare and analyze biological samples to assess composition, activity, or response to experimental conditions.
  • • Set up, clean, and maintain laboratory workspaces, equipment, and biosafety cabinets.
  • • Communicate technical results, methods, and data quality to principal investigators and research teams.
  • • Train, mentor, or coordinate lab technicians, students, or other staff on protocols and safety practices.
  • • Develop, optimize, validate, and document research protocols, assays, and standard operating procedures.
  • • Culture, isolate, and characterize microorganisms or cell lines according to study objectives and biosafety guidelines.
  • • Prepare, section, stain, and mount tissues or cells for microscopic imaging and analysis.
  • • Select, prepare, and maintain cell cultures using aseptic technique and appropriate media and supplements.
  • • Harvest cells, tissues, or supernatants at defined time points based on study design and culture conditions.
  • • Establish and monitor QA/QC practices to ensure data integrity, instrument performance, and regulatory or biosafety compliance.
  • • Process and analyze research blood or tissue samples for cell counts, phenotyping, and morphology using microscopy or flow cytometry.
